A Belhurst Castle Wedding | John & Savonnah

A little love story for your Sunday morning :). Last week John & Savonnah read their personal vows to each other on a sunny, windy, beautiful day at Belhurst Castle in Geneva. Such a beautiful backdrop for this amazing couple beautiful inside and out! But first they met up for a first touch and without seeing each other read a personal note from one another. The joy and emotion was so sweet to witness, this was the first time of many I teared up that day. 🙂 The evening was full of dancing, laughter, fun and love for these beautiful souls!

I cannot thank y’all enough for inviting us in so warmly to your day, we certainly felt as part of the family. You two are so kind and loving and I hope your first week as husband and wife has been amazing and you love and enjoy this peak into your day! xoxo Cylinda B

A Justin’s Tuscan Grill Wedding | Rachel & Todd

The day was full of excitement, tears, joy, and laughter. Excitement filled the air when the girls arrived back from the salon, and as the guys got dressed and into the limo Tears from Rachel’s father seeing his baby girl for the first time who he would be giving away in a few short hours and from Todd seeing her for the first time as she entered the aisle knowing he would get to spend the rest of his life with his best friend. Pure joy from the bride and groom as they heard the Father read their vows outloud to them, exchanging the occasional glance, smile, tear and giggle. And laughter! So much happiness from everyone celebrating the joining of these two today!

My husband grew up and is best friends with Rachel’s brother, Pete. Their parents came to our wedding and I seen them a few other times throughout the past 8 years. I only met Rachel one time so I was over the moon excited and honored when they asked me to document their wedding day. There really is no greater honor when someone you know asks you to document one of the most defining moments in their lives! Thank you so much for inviting us so warmly into your beautiful day. Getting ready to head to the church!

This image just melts my heart! Reminded me of my wedding day and how my husband, whom I never seen cry cried on our wedding day when I walked down the aisle. So so sweet.

I just love documenting the moment they walk past all of their family and friends for the first time as husband and wife!! So fun!

Rachel & Todd decided not to do a takeaway shot, but on my way out I was documenting the party from the outside (sometimes I just can’t stop 🙂 ), Rachel came over to their table to change her shoes, so I waited a few moments, then Todd started walking over!!! He SPOTTED ME!!! Woo hoo cool night time shot opportunity! We exchanged laughs and waves and then I got to capture this moment! 🙂

Trash The Dress Photography | Waterfall Session with Rianne!

Rianne married her best friend, Mitchell in April and what a beautiful day it was celebrating these two at The Lodge at Welch Allyn!! They are just two of the sweetest people and just so much fun!! So when Rianne messaged me that she was coming back to town and was interested in a Trash the Dress session I was over-the-moon excited! When she said she wanted to do it at a waterfall and the hike was a mile or two I started to get skeptical but was still excited, when we reached a cliff I was a little flipped out! But with the amazing help of her incredible cousins and Mom we made it down the hill, I should mention I almost took out Rianne on the way down but we made it! (thanks for saving me:) ) The session was full of laughs and I couldn’t have asked for a better bride to photograph for my first trash the dress, Rianne ROCKED this session!!

Boldt Castle Wedding | Alexandria Bay | Kelsey & Joshua

The clouds were in the sky and a misted sprinkle on our windshield as Chelsea and I started our drive out to Alexandria Bay, NY for a wedding we have been anticipating all year to document, the wedding of Kelsey & Joshua who we met at her brothers wedding last October.

We entered the bay and met the girls, who were full of excitement at Uncle Sam’s Boat doc to head over to Bodlt Castle. Kelsey was absolutely stunning and the excitement of marrying Josh was glowing from her!

Everything about today was perfect. A touch of rain for good luck which cleared up the moment 3:00pm hit when she walked out of the castle and headed down the aisle to marry her best friend. Then celebrating with their friends and family, playing games, smoking cigars, and laughter filling the air at the gorgeous 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel.

How these two met, got engaged, the wedding day and if I can predict the future from just reflecting on the time I got to know these two over the past year has been and will be nothing short of a fairytale. These two are so selfless and if reflected throughout the day! Their passion for giving to others less fortunate shown throughout so many moments and actions at their wedding. They donated 1,000 years of clean water by having Buy Your Lady a Drink which with the help of all of their guest was sold out by dinner! And their favors of 1000 Hills Coffee they purchased donated to Rwanda. Just beautiful! I hope you love these moments captured!

Syracuse Engagement | The Farm | Jon & Sarah

They met in college freshman year and quickly became friends. After a few short months that friendship started to become something more. This was 6 years ago. I asked Jon what he loves most about Sarah and one of the things he said “Sarah is the person that I can be myself with all the time, I don’t have to hide anything from her because I trust her fully” this is when, I believe, you know you found the right person, someone you can be 100% you around and of course that you can trust with everything and anything.

Spending the day with these two at The Farm was absolutely a blast! They are so much fun and the whole day was full of laughter! I am just loving getting to know my 2017 bride and grooms and am looking for another year of documenting amazing couples marrying their best friends!
