A Traditions at the Links Wedding | Syracuse, NY | Jamie & Mike

It was a perfect fall day a few weeks ago when Jamie & Mike became husband and wife at the beautiful Dewitt Community Church!  They celebrated with family and friends at Traditions at the Links.  Tearful vows, great dance moves, & their beautiful daughters there to witness their parents love and marriage just made this day perfect.

A gorgeous group of girls!!! I am just in love with these moments of Jamie with her beautiful daughters….couldn’t just pick one.   Jamie’s daughter and niece playing with Jamie’s accessories ❤  I just loved witnessing Jamie be a beautiful Mom today.  Comforting her sweet girl.  Just loved Poppop!!priceless reactions of seeing Jamie all ready!! Mike is a huge Lord of the Ring fan, all the guys wore gold rings on chains today! I have never seen the movie so figured making a ring around me would work for a pic! Sisters ❤  They have the cutest kids in this family. Chelsea picked out when I showed her this picture that it looks like a lovebird flying up!!!! Beautiful! That moment Mike stopped and yelled to the DJ no this isn’t the right song….I was like OH NO not again! Then a upbeat song came on and they rocked the floor! ❤ Jamie shared the dance floor with her Poppop and Mother who were not able to dance on her Mom’s wedding day together to share the father daughter dance….Tears flowing behind this lens! So sweet! Sweet, beautiful and fun toasts! Happy Birthday Poppop!! ❤  Mike ROCKING the floor! Michael Jackson style! God certainly painted the sky beautifully for these two tonight.

A Ventosa Vineyard Wedding | Suzanne & Mike

The sun shined bright on this summer-like fall day at the stunning Ventosa Vineyards a few weeks ago where Suzanne & Mike said their vows in front of their closest family and friends.  Their day was filled with love, TONS of laughter, and joy! Suzanne hanging out with her best friend and daughters all morning getting ready for the walk down the isle and Mike tasting beer and playing corn hole at the local brewery everything about today was relaxed, fun and laid back, just how they envisioned.   From practical jokes, Mike’s goofy poses, and awesome dance floor moves Chelsea and I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing all day!

We couldn’t be happier for y’all and hope you had an AMAZING honeymoon!! Thank you so much for having us document today, we hope you love some of the moments captured!

Suzanne was absolutely stunning in her Pnina Tornai gown from Kleinfelds in NYC. ❤ You couldn’t ask for a better ceremony backdrop! 
Such a sweet moment when Mike started tearing up as his daughter and soon to be wife walked down the isle ceremony, made me tear up! ❤ So beautiful! The moment that made my heart drop, Mike says “I can’t do this, emotionally, its too much and started to walk away…I thought he was so overwhelmed with emotion he needed a minute (totally forgetting they told me about this!)  He comes back with this stool for their friend, Dennis, who was marrying them to stand on! 😀 Much Better 🙂

A Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel Wedding | Melissa & Jerryl

Jerryl & Melissa became man and wife at the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel a few weeks ago.  So many touching, beautiful, emotional moments today.  We started the day with the girls getting ready, we entered the room that was filled joy & laughter and we knew right then today was going to be so much fun.

After Melissa was ready she made her way to the hall of languages where her Groom was waiting to see her for the first time, with so many SU fans heading to the game cheering her on and witnessing this moment!  His face, the fans cheers, and the happiness in their eyes made a beautiful first look Moment!

As the ceremony began tears fell as Melissa’s brothers walked her down the isle to give her hand to Jerryl, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.  Her dad was absolutely looking over this beautiful moment in her life. They were married by Jerryl’s mom which also made the ceremony so special.  With there vows, a kiss, and a jump over a broom stick they were man and wife!

A Greek Peak Mountain Resort Wedding | Cortland, NY | Emilee & Matt

Matt & Emilee became husband and wife a few weeks ago in front of their family and friends and celebrated at the beautiful Greek Peak Mountain Resort in Cortland NY.   About four years ago they met through a mutual friend from college who invited them on a weekend ski trip so celebrating at a Ski Resort was dear to their hearts and Greek Peak surely didn’t disappoint their vision.  The views were stunning, food was AMAZING, friendly staff and the grounds had a rustic charm.

Their elegant, bee/honey-beer theme added a personal touch to their wedding day.  Her fathers honey is the ingredient in Peach Buzz Beer crafted by Empire Brewery, and it was a hit!

From the moment we stepped into Emilee’s parents house there was a feeling of joy, relaxation, excitement and happiness.  Their wedding party and families were so sweet and we absolutely couldn’t have been happier and honored to have been a part of their wedding day.   Thank you so much for having us document this moment in your lives.  ❤ Cylinda & Chelsea

something old, new, borrowed, blue and a sixpence in your shoe! First time I heard about the sixpence! Emilee’s dad gave her mom a sixpence before their wedding, and he gave her one on Christmas for her wedding 🙂 ❤ Emilee’s girls seeing her dress and her in it for the first time!  “Emilee always sees the good in people, and always does things to make others happy” Matt said this is one of the things he loves about Emilee, and over the year I got to know her and she truly is a beautiful soul and one of the kindest people.

Tailwater Lodge Wedding | Altmar, NY | David & Ashley

They first met in high school, they had the same 10th grade Biology and Gym class but they were just acquaintances.  It was their first month of college when a camping trip would amazingly change their lives almost 8 years ago.  In September of 2015 they went on a hike and David asked Ashley to spend the rest of their lives together ❤

Jill & Doug got married two weeks ago at Turning Stone Casino and Resort and their day was perfect, it even rained at the right moments!!  Alone these two smile, but together their smiles triple.  Looking through moments captured throughout their day happiness filled my heart seeing how happy they make each other, they truly light each other up and it is captured throughout the day!  We couldn’t feel more honored that they chose us to document the day they vowed to spend the rest of their lives together and we cannot wait to see what your future brings.

 One of my favorite moments of today.  Doug reacts to Jill’s letter when he opened it, and the first line of Jill’s letter is noting what his initial reaction would be and he laughed so happily, we all did!  What an amazing thing to witness, a true example on how well two people know each other. I have the most beautiful brides! ❤  I am loving these first looks this year and becoming an advocate of them!! A wedding day is planned for 1 plus years and is over with a blink of an eye, moments and hours a blu.  The first look gives couples time to enjoy together before the craziness of day begins and gives us (as photographers) beautiful moments to capture. I mean look at the excitement on Jill’s face as she approaches Doug! Joy! Romance!Happiness! Cuteness!

They played slideshows from their childhoods, love the reaction of Doug here. Don’t worry Chelsea and I, basically new Moms of Sons were balling too!  We hope that our boys will find a beautiful, kind hearted, loving wife like you have ❤    Beautiful speeches!
Another beautiful moment ❤ Do you remember Lindsay & Adam from last year!?!?  So amazing seeing them!! ❤  So talk about down pour rain at the perfect time!?! Bayshore Grove Wedding | Oswego, NY | Mike & Cassey

Joy. Laughter.Personal Touches.Suprises are the things that come to mind when I think back to Mike & Cassey’s wedding at the beautiful Bayshore Grove in Oswego, NY on July 22nd.

These two just make each other smile and you see it throughout their entire day,  happiness, playfulness, laughter and so much love for one another & the overwhelming excitement to BE MARRIED!  Cassey was just so anxious/excited and was counting down the minutes until she saw Mike for their first look, it was so so sweet!

Cassey surprised EVERYONE (aside from me and the DJ 😉 ) with the surprise guest/ring bearer, Otto the Orange! The reactions were priceless!  And their day was filled with so many personal touches, one of my favorites was the cake smash poll! Moments below!  ( I think this surprised everyone just as much as Otto) 😀

Other physical attributes… (Hey, I’m a guy) and of course her cheerful personality. I quickly noticed how fun it was to be with her, how much she made me laugh and how comfortable I felt talking with her.”  He took a 360 peak at his beautiful bride! So cute, hey, he’s a guy 🙂 Cassey is the cutest!  “I love her dedication to family, her drive to get things done… when she is on a mission, watch out! Her willingness to put everyone before herself and her unselfishness. I love her blue eyes” ~ Mike What do you love about your soon to be husband? “His honesty, loyalty and strong core beliefs. I love that he cares to do things well and to do the right thing. He is patient and genuine. He always helps me to find my way back from a bad mood or a rough day and I love that he can be silly and always make me smile.” ~Cassey The surprise ring bearer!!! Love their reaction, especially Jake’s! He had to be the biggest fan! 😀 ❤Now that is a first kiss!! “sorry, Mike but move over” Otto 🙂 Definitely a favorite ring shot ❤
Again, the details were great!!  Cassey wanted to use river rocks and give some tables a river looks as there first “impromptu date” was jumping into the river ❤ I do need to know if there is a story behind these chicken wing donuts?!?  They really smelled like chicken wings!OMG! Lookalikes!  Fun speeches!  Laughed so hard during Pop Tarts Speech!

The Lodge at Welch Allyn Wedding | Skaneateles,NY | Monica & Max

Four years ago Monica & Max went on a blind date, and they instantly connected and began their adventure together. Three years later Max proposed at the Sonnenburg Gardens, a place that held a special place in Max’s and his families heart.   He asked her to be is wife in the Italian Garden area and about a year later on July 8th they became husband and wife in front of all of their family and friends at the stunning Franciscan Church of Assumption in Syracuse.   So many beautiful details went into their day and Monica and Max just enjoyed every moment.

The celebration continued at the beautiful Lodge at Welch Allyn, and they never cease to amaze me with their coordination, beautifully decorated venue, and delicious food!  Brian from Visa Versa Entertainment topped off the venue with gorgeous lighting and an amazing display of the Syracuse Orange colors and logo that holds a special place in Max’s and their family and friends hearts!  Monica and Max were just over the moon with his creation!

I met Monica and Max at Sydney & Owens wedding in 2015.  Monica was Sydney’s maid of honor and I just fell in love with her that day so when they asked me to document their marriage I was over the moon!  They are just one of those couples you can sit and chat and hang with for hours.  My husband and I loved seeing them each time over the past year!  Thank you both for choosing us to document this special moment in your lives, we just loved being there! Monica was an absolutely stunning bride!!! Beautiful inside and out. And I don’t think I have ever seen a bride so laid back on a wedding day.  She, like all of us brides, put a lot into the details and wanted everything to flow great, but in the moment of the day, things that didn’t go according to plan didn’t phase her….Even a ripped wedding gown didn’t cause her to blink, she just went with the flow and took in each moment and enjoyed it! My kind of bride! ❤

Sterling NY Wedding | Tiffany & Kyle

Four and a half years ago Tiffany & Kyle were out fishing at the same time on a long wooden dock.  Tiffany baited her hook, swung back her line, and caught herself the man of her dreams, literally!!! Kyle had to get 3 stitches, but it was well worth it because he got the love of his life in return!  ❤ Now this story is one for the books!!! ❤

Kyle and Tiffany were married a few weeks ago in Sterling, NY.  They share a love of running, which was incorporated throughout their wedding day.  A REAL passion for running-they ran the Mountain Goat the following day!!! From all the unique & creative details, to running their first mile as husband and wife it was a wedding we loved witnessing and being a part of.  Cylinda met Tiffany & Kyle 3+ years ago when they all worked at the Olive Garden and she always loved them together so we couldn’t have been more honored to be chosen to document their first day as husband and wife!!!
