It’s well into the fall season and we are seeing pumpkin everywhere! Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin lagers, pumpkin picking so I thought it only fit to share this delicious, easy, somewhat healthy recipe given to me years ago from my wonderful mother-in-law!
1 15 ounce can packed pumpkin
1 16 ounce frozen whipped topping thawed; cool whip or store brand (i use light or fat free)
5 oz instant vanilla pudding (typically use Jello brand)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
graham crackers for dipping! or a spoon 🙂
Utensils needed: Mixing bowl, spatula, + measuring spoon
1. Mix pumpkin, pudding and pumpkin pie spice, well using a fork.
And thats it!!! Put into a fun dish and chill until serving.
